I was hunting an old log cabin site in the middle of a soybean field in 1999 when my detector went over this one.

I thought for sure it was going to be a seated liberty quarter. Turned out to be a nice 1852 large cent.

This spot got me interested in field hunting. I ended up finding another large cent, a seated half dime and several flat buttons there. I need to go back one of these days with the e-trac.......
