Well just getting out with my Etrac and its a new experience than using my old explorer 2 and SE kind wish I hadn't sold them lol but I'm sure I'll get use to it. Anyway was hunting an old house that's on an 1851 map I have and am curious if anyone of you have an idea of what it is? Thanks

That's a tough one. Maybe the people's name was House and this was a cow tag?

I bet it was a key tag for the house key of a company owned house number seven. Is there any history in the area where you found it of a large company with houseing, or even railroad houseing?

Not that I know of, The home owner talked about it being part of the underground railroad or so he was told but can't confirm!
