Mannaged to slip out today. Been wanting to hit the field again and things worked out so gave keith a call and he and Austin met up with me. Turned out to be a good day. found a shield nickel to start then things slowed way down. Almost to no signals at all. so bad, I threw a quarter down just to make sure the Etrac was working. Well the we found a few. I picked up a nice 1874 indian, 1873 Seated dime, and 1853 seated dime. also got a couple more indians, a bullet, and a cheapy fair ring. Keith and Austin picked up a few also, but I'll let them tell their own story.

Man those are sweet looking coins! :woohoo: I sure hope we can get back there at least one more time before they shut it off due to planting. I wore myself out on Sunday hunting for what we thought was going to be the new hot spot but after a good night's sleep I'm ready to hit it again!

All that from a farmer's field, i would of never thunk it.
Was that field once a park, school/church property or something?

Nice job, especially the seated's. ;)
