An Indian Chief and a Seated Lady 2 Years, 4 Months ago Karma: 22
Just got back from vacation and got out for the first time in about 3 weeks. Went to my favorite big Chicago park for about 2 and a half hours. Found a spot where the grass was short enough to hunt. I have hit this area hard in the past but there was still some goodies left.

First good coin was a full liberty 1867 Indian. Later on I got a 1907 Indian with warts and a few minutes later put my coil over an 1883 seated dime. Also got 5 wheaties. All the coins were about 4 to 6 inches deep and the area was real trashy but I was hunting very slow. Friend I was hunting with got a 1918 SLQ in literally AU condition. One of the nicest SLQ I have seen come out of the ground.

Holy moly Patric!!! Those Coins are super great!!! I know there have got to be even more hot spots in that park. When they mow give me a jingle, joining you for another full day hunt would be great before it gets to dry and hot. (What am I saying, it would be great even when it is dry and hot).

Congrats on that parks first (of many for you) seated!!!!!
