Awsome hunt and great vidio. I love finding makeup cases, they look GREAT when cleaned up. I think my faveroit part of the vidio was seeing moisture in the ground, it is so dry here I think the dirt is ready to burn.

That location is worth at least one more hunt.

NICE hunt Dave! Cool finds and a snapping turtle to boot. HAHA!! That quarter looks to have a somewhat readable date to me. Check it out under different lighting conditions up close....

I am trying really hard to see a date on that SLQ .. but cannot at this point.

Actually, I am an hour or so north of Duluth. We did get a lot of rain, but it was'nt no 9 inches !!! I'm glad I don't live down there ... what a mess !
